TableOS provides a cloud-based restaurant management platform ("Service") accessible at tableos.co. The Service includes online ordering, reservation management, QR menu, and restaurant website tools. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is available to registered businesses operating in Romania. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your business to these Terms.
All prices include VAT. Billing is monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
TableOS does not charge commission on orders processed through the platform. The only costs are the fixed monthly subscription fee and standard payment processing fees charged by Stripe (approximately 1.4% + €0.25 per transaction for EU cards).
Online payments from restaurant customers are processed via Stripe Connect. Funds are transferred directly to the restaurant's connected Stripe account. TableOS does not hold or intermediate funds. The restaurant is responsible for configuring and maintaining their Stripe account.
End customers placing orders or making reservations through TableOS are entering into a direct relationship with the restaurant. TableOS facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the contract between the customer and the restaurant. Complaints about food quality, delivery, or service should be directed to the restaurant.
The TableOS platform, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. Restaurant content (menus, images, descriptions) remains the property of the restaurant. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it on the platform.
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. The restaurant acts as a data controller for customer data collected through orders and reservations. TableOS acts as a data processor on behalf of the restaurant.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TableOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees after a 14-day grace period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
